Yoga Nidra Workshop

Join Stephanie for a yummy Yoga Nidra on March 27th 1-3pm $35

In the first part of this 2hr Yoga Nidra workshop, Stephanie will move through a grounding yin practice. We’ll prepare the body for yogic sleep (Nidra), followed by a guided yoga nidra.

Yoga Nidra is the science of relaxation which enables each of us to dive deep down into the realms of the subconscious mind. This releases and relaxes mental tensions & establishes harmony in all facets of our being.

You will gradually begin to empty the contents of your mind by moving down through brain waves where there are less & less thoughts. In this state, the mind is exceptionally receptive. It is here, we will set an intention to create new and healthy habits.
